House is perched on top of a 26 meter natural rock outcrop overlooking the sea and over 30 off shore Islands and coral attols, with numerous steps in and around the property and to the beach.
Outside features include: parking, balcony, sand pit, garage, barbecue, garden, terrace, very large private natural rock pool.
All suite rooms are big, with beautiful sea view, bathroom/shower facilities and air conditioning. The Sunset and Sunrise suite rooms has natural rock wall, hence the rooms are very unique. The Master and Sunrise suite rooms have their own deck facing the sea. The Sunset room has the sea view, the water melon field.

All bedrooms are suite rooms with bathrooms attached. They are all nice, big and bright. The most unique bathroom is in Sun Rise Room with natural rock inside and decorated with sea shells. Sun Set room also has natural rock inside the bathroom. Master Bathroom is huge, it has a corner bath tub, shower and toilet.
