The house is 7 minutes from the local airport, 12 minutes from the golf course, and 15 minutes from the town of Kudat. Local attractions: golf, snorkelling, diving, fishing, kayaking/canoeing, beach and jungle walks. Island hopping and fishing trips can be arranged. There are over 35 islands and atolls just 20 miles off Kudat. Local antique, fish and vegetable markets in Kudat have a wide selection of tropical fish and vegetables making your tropical shopping quite a unique experience.
